Mariette Hartley (she of the Polaroid commercials) and Bert Parks (he of the Miss America Wars) hand out the annual TV, movie and music honors chosen by a national opinion poll. Shouldn't it trouble Nielsen that some of the most popular performers and new shows—like Eischied and Shirley Jones—have already been dropped?
