Although most TV programming may argue against Darwin's theory of natural selection, this excellent seven-week series is among the fittest of the year. Malcolm Stoddard is engaging as the naturalist, and the photography of wildlife that Darwin found on the five-year voyage that led to his Origin of Species is outstanding.
