Producer Irwin Allen's 1974 thriller about a fiery high rise is a classic of the genre. The cast wasn't bad either: Steve McQueen, Paul Newman, Faye Dunaway, Fred Astaire, William Holden and Richard Chamberlain are among the shakers and bakers. Part two airs the same time tomorrow.
