A plane carrying a high school marching band crashes in the desert, setting up a standard survival tale. But this suspenseful, well-acted CBS Afternoon Playhouse has a twist. Leslie (The Waltons) Winston turns out to be the most competent outdoors type, and she has to deal not only with the elements but also with male chauvinism.
