Tired of love handles? Saddlebag thighs? Drooping rear? Prudden, a longtime TV fitness monger, and Sussman, her free-lance writer husband, offer 300 photographs and 97 exercises aimed toward reducing specific problem areas of the body. Most of the exercises have been around about as long as people's pledges to lose 20 pounds after the holidays. Nevertheless, they're clearly explained and well illustrated. Those who do them religiously for at least 20 minutes a day for 21 days are promised results.
