Picks and Pans Review: The Women's Room

Like the novel itself, the TV adaptation of Marilyn French's 1977 best-seller stacks the deck against sexist males so annoyingly that it's hard to sympathize with the women. Still, Lee Remick, Patty Duke Astin, Colleen Dewhurst, Mare Winningham, Tovah Feldshuh and Gregory Harrison are a winningly talented cast.
