The Olympic skating pair were into memoirs: Tai fell for Lauren Bacall by Myself, while Midler fan Randy liked Bette's A View from a Broad. In music, Tai liked Kenny Loggins' Alive and Journey's Departure, while Randy favored Streisand's Guilty. Both thought the Chipmunk Punk parody album was a bummer. Tai found the film Fame good enough to see twice but couldn't stomach Terror Train. While he's a Clint Eastwood buff, Randy thought Bronco Billy was somewhat below standard.
