NBC (9-11 p.m. ET)

The title is misleading (John Philip Sousa's 1897 recording of Stars and Stripes Forever was hardly Top 40), but this slapped-together musical anthology, hosted by John Davidson and William Windom, does present a potpourri of engaging performers, including Glen Campbell, Henry Mancini, Ethel Merman and the Long Beach Junior Concert Band.
