England's answer to the space shuttle lifts off as early as 4:30 a.m. Eastern Time with live prenuptial coverage on all three networks. The actual troth plighting in St. Paul's Cathedral is scheduled for approximately 6 a.m. (11 a.m. in London), with much folderol to follow. Pick your hosts: David Hartman, Barbara Walters, Robert Morley and Carol (daughter of PM Margaret) Thatcher on ABC; Dan Rather, David Frost and Lady Antonia Fraser on CBS; John Chancellor, Tom Brokaw, Jane Pauley, Peter Ustinov and, yes, weatherman Willard Scott on NBC. All networks will also broadcast an hour of wedding highlights during the evening.
