James Arness, TV's erstwhile Matt Dillon, is an ex-cop who rejoins the force to track his best friend's killer in this new series. His sidekick is played by an actor named, interestingly, Marshall Colt; Conchata Ferrell stars as a done-it-all waterfront waitress, a sort of Miss Kitty-by-the-Sea. (Premiere)
