Picks and Pans Review: The Long Summer of George Adams

Steamfitter James Garner finds his railroad job threatened, his wife (Joan Hackett) too busy for romance and himself humiliatingly decked in a fight with a fat chicken farmer. It's an odd plot, but Garner's wry style and an excellent supporting cast make this TV movie worthwhile.
