Beau Bridges and former Green Bay Packer Carlos Brown play hard-case cons in a top-notch TV movie based on the true story of Ray Johnson. After four years in solitary, punishment for escaping from Folsom Prison (the two were the only inmates ever to do so), Johnson, played by Bridges, eventually won parole and became a notable prison reformer.
