ABC (8-10 p.m. ET)
Obviously trying to replicate CBS' Magnum, P.I. hunk, ABC hired handsome Lee Horsley—who already had Clint Eastwood's eyes and James Garner's voice—and made him grow Tom Selleck's mustache. Horsley, charming enough in this new series, plays a macho millionaire who doubles as a detective. But the plot assumes viewers are numb to anything other than nonstop nitro and car chases.
