Bea Arthur is the shrewish proprietor of a small hotel in an abrasively unfunny attempt to duplicate the inspired lunacy of John (Monty Python) Cleese's Fawlty Towers on public television. Tony Rosato and Fred McCarren are also on hand in the second half of ABC's dismal sitcom twin bill, both of which seem destined for an early checkout.
