Picks and Pans Review: Gone with the Wind

UPDATED 03/14/1983 at 01:00 AM EST Originally published 03/14/1983 at 01:00 AM EST

CBS (9-11 p.m., ET)

Rhett and Scarlett in the supremely handsome personages of Clark Gable and Vivien Leigh return to CBS for the third time in four years in the landmark Civil War epic that seems to grow more lustily romantic with the years. Back in 1939 GWTW beat out such classics as The Wizard of Oz, Wuthering Heights and John Wayne's Stagecoach for Best Picture Oscar. (Concludes tomorrow at the same time)
