ABC (9-11 p.m. ET)
The 1970s had Jaws; this 1983 TV movie finds the residents of a plush resort island threatened by an even more insidious enemy: herpes. It's a sore subject for island developer Robert Vaughn, who wants to keep the epidemic quiet, but doc Tony (General Hospital) Geary is determined to set up a discussion group to help keep the disease from spreading. Despite the explosive possibilities, the soap-opera-ish treatment is anything but blistering.
