Picks and Pans Review: Spring Break

Fort Lauderdale hosts its annual Sun Belt Woodstock for Airheads and the Whitebread Generation. About a quarter million horny college kids spend a week screaming "go for it" at each other and checking out boobs and buns. Let's see. What is this throwaway film's most fully realized moment? The bellyflop contest? The wet T-shirt or He-shirt contest? The teeny bikini contest? Is it when the star, Perry (Cattle Annie and Little Britches) Lang, sniffs his reeking armpits and runs for the deodorant? Awesome! Director Sean S. (Friday the 13th) Cunningham and writer David Smilow could have saved some money and just released the screen tests and casting calls for this ghastly project. (R)
