Picks and Pans Review: Kudzu

In this unsuccessful pilot, a young would-be writer, Kudzu Dubose (Tony Becker), hopes to earn $3,500 by sketching the most fascinating character he has known for Reader's Digest. He chooses his long-departed father, and on that hangs this heavy-handed tale about a son who must learn the awful truth about Daddy.
