This comedy special stars Michael Richards as a nebbishy computer genius (he was probably one of those campus types who carried his slide rule hooked to his belt loop) at a large corporation. Ted McGinley plays Herndon's smooth and sexy assistant. A definite odd couple, they attend their 10th high school reunion where, predictably, Herndon is ignored until he falls prey to a joke by the class floozie. Eventually he gets respect, but viewers get few clever moments, average acting and tiresome slapstick. Like its star, this Garry Marshall-directed sitcom falls flat on its face.
