Jennifer Jason (Fast Times at Ridgemont High) Leigh, the daughter of the late actor Vic Morrow, delivers a vivid performance as a quiet junior high school girl who reacts to family stress by falling prey to anorexia nervosa, the frightening and occasionally lethal eating disorder blamed for the death of singer Karen Carpenter. Charles Durning and Eva Marie Saint co-star in this thoughtful, 1981 made-for-TV movie. (Repeat)
