Conway Twitty

One of the few performers who has crossed over the other way—to country music—Twitty has had almost 50 Top-10 singles. He really is a kind of hit machine, deftly choosing material that has an easy appeal, even if his is not the biggest musical heart in Nashville. This album includes a spirited version of the old Eagles hit Heartache Tonight, with the Osmond Brothers backing up (where did they come from?), as well as Lost in the Feeling, which has a typically welcome contribution from Ricky Skaggs.
