The makers of this TV movie must have been looking through Alfred Hitchcock's rear window. David (The Yellow Rose) Soul and Pam (Mork & Mindy) Dawber, neighbors in a high-rise apartment complex, meet after Soul spies Dawber through his binoculars. Soul becomes a suspect, thanks to his voyeuristic pastime, when a series of murders is committed in the building. Dawber and Soul are impressive as the wary lovers, and director John Moxey has given the apartment building a spooky ambience of alienation.
