"EE-EE! EE-EE-EE!" Flipper has all the good lines. The dolphin is, even if wet, as cute as any animal on TV. And like most beast-stars, it proves itself wiser than its human co-stars: Bud, the squinting kid, and his father, Ranger Ricks. The premise is silly unto idiotic. But for the right viewers—those less than four feet tall—it can be fun.
