We're talking special. America's premiere video athlete, Jane Fonda, joins co-host Robert Wagner in Olympic Gala, a three-hour spectacular filled with dozens of stars and lesser planetary bodies, from Olivia Newton-John to Lalo Schifrin, from Neil Diamond to Cantinflas, from the Beach Boys to the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, from Andy Williams to Esther Williams, plus Bruce Jenner and 40 other Olympic medal winners. On Friday ABC reports on the making of the games and leads you on a tour of the Olympic town—those quaint L.A. freeways and such. On Saturday, of course, there's the Olympics' own extravaganza, the Opening Ceremonies. And finally on Sunday, after all the pomp is pooped out, the Games begin.
