NBC (Saturdays, 9 p.m. ET)

Imagine that the girls on The Facts of Life had, instead of going to work in a gourmet food shop, gone to work as detectives, and you have Partners in Crime with one difference: cleavage. Loni (WKRP) Anderson and Lynda (Wonder Woman) Carter were married, at different times, to a gumshoe who died and left his agency and plush San Francisco home to both of them. "It's a long story," Lynda said in the premiere. "I won't bore you with it." Thanks. But there's plenty more to bore you, like the dialogue. Loni and Lynda solve crimes armed only with their wardrobes—Lynda actually flogs a bad guy with her sweater. When they go undercover, it's designer cover they're under. There have been rumors of trouble on the set of Partners in Crime. If there is, no doubt it's the stars trying to escape this dog.
