Shelley (The King of Comedy) Hack, Mare (Amber Waves) Winningham, Christine (Swing Shift) Lahti, Tony (Who's the Boss?) Danza and Paul Michael (Starsky and Hutch) Glaser utter all the lines you really do, sadly, hear in meet markets and the places that singles go afterward. Single Bars the movie is not as cliché-ridden as its premise. With a fine TV cast, it tells the stories of lots of lonely people with more caring than you'll find in a barful of sensitive men.
