NBC (Monday, Feb. 4, 9 p.m. ET)
You know that TV is in trouble when it can't make a decent war movie. You know that TV has run out of plots when it launches a fictional mission to prevent the killing of Adolf Hitler. And after watching this bomb, you'll know that it's time to buy a VCR and rent the original Dirty Dozen. Lee (Cat Ballou) Marvin and Ernest (McHale's Navy) Borgnine return with a cast of tin soldiers in a sickly sequel that takes innocent clichés and beats them to death.
