It's hard to resist a movie about a cute little girl who murders with her tap shoes. But resist it anyway. This remake of the 1956 film about heredity gone haywire—now starring Blair (Continental Divide) Brown, David Ogden (M*A*S*H) Stiers, Lynn (House Calls) Redgrave with a warped American accent, a loonier-than-ever David Carradine and Carrie Wells as the killer kid—just isn't as tense or frightening as it should be.
