The new TV-21, a black-and-white LCD with a two-inch screen, is touted as the world's smallest set at seven ounces, measuring 5 5/8 inches by 2 3/8 inches by¾ inches. To solve the LCD light problems, Casio has the screen flip up so that light can shine through it and reflect onto a built-in mirror. It's the mirror, not the screen, that you watch, which means that you have to watch it at just the right angle. A "backlight" to replace sunlight is optional. Price: $99.95. Casio's TV-1000 is a color LCD with a 2.6-inch screen. Price: $299.95.
