Bruce Springsteen

The Boss is ready for a major movie role. This first Springsteen "concept" video, directed by John (The Brother From Another Planet) Sayles, proves Bruce has a very friendly relationship with the camera. That's lucky because the incendiary "woman" in this clip has been reduced to an unattainable cipher. We hear her deliciously husky voice and get a peek at her legs and wedding ring, but the rest is all Bruce. Springsteen, who plays a smitten grease monkey, hasn't much to compete with visually, only a beautiful white vintage T-Bird. But even nonrabid Springsteen fans are likely to be captivated. At a little over three minutes, this one is short but sweet
