Picks and Pans Review: All She Wants to Do Is Dance

Don Henley

Extending the notion of Henley's song—"They're picking up the prisoners and putting them in a pen"—to a scene in what seems to be a combination South American guerrilla base and underground disco was certainly creative. And Henley, not the most animated performer of all time, needs whatever help he can get. It is too bad, though, that the woman playing the dancer in question, Pallas Citroen, is so colorless. She's neither dancer nor seductress enough to distract any self-respecting rebel from his or her appointed rounds.
