"Weird Al" Yankovic
Even if this weren't a parody of anything, it would be hilarious, with Dr. Yankovic as a surgeon who uses a lumberjack's chainsaw and a set of instruments that includes crayons and salt and pepper shakers. But this is, of course, a send-up of Madonna's Like a Virgin, and Al does a marvelous job of writhing around the floor or on a rolling gurney in sensual self-appreciation, mugging in hypersexy closeups and dealing with why a lion keeps walking through his set. It's things like this that help a video watcher make it through the day.
