The gal with the great head on her shoulders is an English model. The head in question is a preposterous cabbage grown by Charlie Weatherspoon, 75, of Northumberland, England. Weatherspoon may have another swollen head problem even closer to home: He's become such a hot-shot cabbage grower that he has voluntarily banned himself from gardening competitions. "It wouldn't be fair to the other gardeners," he says.
