Bill Graham, the czar of rock impresarios, reopens his renowned Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco to folks in tie-dyes and granny glasses who've come to hear their '60s stars: Joe Cocker, Joan Baez, Sly and the Family Stone, the Chambers Brothers, even Donovan.
