First Amendment advocates toasted one of their own when TV commentator Bill Movers was honored in New York by Norman Lear's People for the American Way. Moyers and wife Judith (below) chatted up guests while Kathleen Turner practiced her constitutional rights on Lear. Comic Jay Leno (above) concluded, "TV game shows produce mutant offspring," but "Moyers makes you think."
