In another Kojak movie, Telly Savalas proves he's still TV's best cop. If only the folks who'd cast his movie had found better criminals. Kate (Without a Trace) Nelligan—as a mother accused of killing her two little sons—overcooks every line of dialogue, clicking, whirring, smoking and smouldering like a microwave gone haywire. The meandering script isn't a lot better than Nelligan's brutal execution of it.
