Thank goodness they didn't try to make Lee Remick look like Eleanor Roosevelt. Instead, Remick only tries to sound like her as she recites the great lady's words. You hear a lot of what she had to say about feminism, the New Deal, the U.N. and more. But the words, since they're taken only from her writings and interviews, are stiff: a skeleton with no flesh, no guts and little life.
