The nation's fabled fourth network launches its two-night prime-time schedule with one wacko sitcom, a show that delivers all the shock value Joan Rivers doesn't. Somebody at Fox told me Married would be "the dark side of Cosby." Accurate enough. Katey (Mary) Sagal says of her husband, Ed (Pop-eye Doyle) O'Neill: "The hair he's losing on his head is now growing out of his nose." He says of his wife: "PMS stands for 'pummel men's scrotums.' " Their son says to his sister: "Die, commie bimbo." I gasped. But Sagal and O'Neill are so good being bad that I also laughed more than I want to admit.
