It has all the trappings of a game show: A Stepford host with fiberglass hair named Bob Goen, an audience that oohs on cue and mute actresses who point at prizes in poses as ludicrous as those you see in Playboy. This is HSN's game with its own "Budget" Bob Circosta as the announcer who describes prizes not once, not twice, but at least three times so you can be enticed to call and buy the leather (genuine, of course) bags or the plastic furniture. Meanwhile, contestants unscramble words from "Budget" Bob's descriptions to win cash and those very same prizes. Unscramble this word: oob!
