Picks and Pans Review: Once a Hero

No, they don't make heroes like they used to. Ollie North just doesn't compare to Davy Crockett and Once a Hero's Captain Justice pales next to Mighty Mouse. Jeff Lester plays the Captain, a cartoon hero who leaves his make-believe world because nobody believes in him anymore. And no wonder. He's nerdy. But when he enters the real world and loses his super powers, he becomes just another guy in a weird red suit. Even with able help from Robert Forster as a cartoon gumshoe and Milo O'Shea as the cartoonist, the Captain is still snoozable.
