The Age of Aquarius is about to dawn again, at least for one night. Come April, just in time for Hair's 20th anniversary, there will be an AIDS benefit performance at either New York's Radio City Music Hall or the United Nations' auditorium. But what about the nude scenes? "I'd love it, but I don't know if we can get away with it," says producer Paul Jabara, an original cast member. Nude or not, the Rockettes won't be participating.

Irish rocker Bob Geldof, the man who brought you Live Aid in 1985, now plans to produce and direct his first movie, Cowboys. He may even play a part. Scheduled to shoot in Dublin later this year, it's the semiautobiographical story of a young rock star's struggle to make it.

Although a friend of Sarah Ferguson's said the Duchess of York was too newly pregnant to even think about maternity clothes ("She'll probably just put some elastic in her jeans"), Fergie already has Yves Saint Laurent on the case. "He is working on special maternity clothes for the duchess," said Yves spokeswoman Joy Henderiks. "Not a whole wardrobe, just a few outfits." Fergie's due in August.

Casting News: Christina Applegate, a regular on the Fox network's Married...with Children, will guest star as an unmarried nymphomaniac on 21 Jump Street. Her character tries to seduce heartthrob Johnny Depp...Mamie Van Doren will play the bitchy mom of Dweezil Zappa's girlfriend in his video, the aptly titled My Guitar Wants to Kill Your Mama. Says director Jeff Stein: "Dweezil was desperate to get Mamie. All the Zappas are fans of hers"...

Mr. Mum himself, Charles Bronson, will play a silver-tongued attorney in an HBO movie that Fred Silverman is producing. Silverman joked, "We're calling his character Keljan, which I'm sure will be changed because it sounds too much like a laxative"...

Ron Reagan and Matt Salinger, respectively the sons of the President and the writer J.D., begin shooting a movie called Options this spring.

Dainty Dancing: Dan Aykroyd is going to make like John Travolta and do a Saturday Night Fever-ish dance in Big Country, "the first Midwestern." Aykroyd takes to the dance floor to woo away John Candy's wife, played by Stephanie (Blind Date) Faracy. "A lot of things shake and jiggle when I cut loose," says the 220-lb. Aykroyd.
