Yeah, we've seen tons of these rock reunion shows lately; Leslie Gore never worked so hard as she's working now. But this line dance down memory lane is nicely simple—no gimmicks, just 90 minutes of pure bebop rock from the Coasters, Lou Christie, the Del-Vikings, Wilson Pickett, Ben E. King, the Platters, the Shirelles, Gary U.S. Bonds, Bo Diddley and Jerry Lee Lewis. One act looks ancient and sounds pathetic; out of charity, I won't say which. But the rest are almost ageless, good enough to make a graying baby boomer feel pubescent again.
