There's just one thing wrong with this suspense thriller: It's too long. If TV had such a thing as a 90-minute movie, not just the standard two-hour model, then this could have become a socko scary flick. Shawnee (All Is Forgiven) Smith and Tammy (The Stepford Children) Lauren are teen girls playing a telephone prank. They call strangers and say, "I saw what you did. I know who you are," in hopes of freaking folks out. It's their luck they dial Robert Carradine, who's already quite freaked out. He has just murdered his girlfriend, and he's afraid that these girls did see what he did. The show may be stretched a bit, but still, it has a neat and creepy look and feel. Think of it as a mellow thriller.
