The scenery is as pretty as the co-stars. Alexandra (Dragnet) Paul plays a woman framed in the murder of a notorious art thief. Charles (Pascali's Island) Dance plays a British detective who tries to free her and who falls in love with her. What with a Brit in the picture, you may think that this lovely scenery is in England or somewhere in the Empire. But no, it's in Greece, which may make for gorgeous photography but does not make for a great deal of sense in the plot. I'm not sure why the story occurs there or exactly how Dance came to work there. Never mind. Do we question how Picasso's women got extra eyes? No, we just look and admire his pictures. And that is about all you can do with this lovely, sometimes sexy and occasionally exciting moving picture.
