Walt Disney insisted that Annette Funicello keep her belly button under wraps in the '50s. The following decade, NBC barred Barbara Eden from baring her navel on I Dream of Jeannie. Now, it seems, stars can't wait to show us whether theirs are innies or outies. "The tummy is the new zone," says designer Betsey Johnson. "It has a childlike innocence." Besides, she adds, "breasts can get pretty boring."
