FROM 1966 to 1972 she had the second most famous twitch in show business, overshadowed only by that of her TV mom, Bewitched's Elizabeth Montgomery. But these days, 30-year-old Erin Murphy, alias Tabitha Stephens, does her housework the old-fashioned way.
Married since December to rock musician Eric Eden, 26, Murphy, who's expecting a baby on New Year's Eve, now lives in Newark, Del., with Eden and her two kids from a previous marriage, Jason, 9, and Grant, 6. After the series ended, Murphy gave up showbiz for life as an El Toro High cheerleader. But even in the non-Bewitched world, the spirit of her Hollywood past has lived on. "For the longest time," she says, "my youngest boy told me that when he grew up, he wanted to be a cartoon."
