What fuels all that energy? Carbs. "I eat two meals a day, a lot of potatoes and rice," says Elle, 31. At home in New York City with live-in love Tim Jeffries, an art dealer, Elle prefers being as natural as possible. "I come from a country where you don't wear clothes most of the year," she says. "Nudity is the most natural state. I was born nude, and I hope to be buried nude."
