AS MICK "DON'T CALL ME DINOSAUR" JAGGEB APPROACHED HIS 50TH birthday, a milestone in his unyouth he might prefer to forget, he marked the occasion with—what else?—an unbirthday party. "It's categorically not a birthday party, and Mick's paranoid about it being perceived as such," said one friend at the "Bastille Day party" the wrinkly rocker and wife Jerry Hall threw for more than 250 guests in London on July 16 (two days after Bastille Day and 10 shy of the dreaded unday). Mick, in velvet breeches, doublet and powdered wig, and Jerry, decked out as Empress Josephine, ducked cameras. And guests, including Princess Margaret and Prime Minister John Major, admiring the mock guillotine were warned, "Mention his age, and you're for the chop."
