Jerry Spivey, the District Attorney for New Hanover and Pender counties, N.C., announced July 15 that no criminal charges will be brought against anyone on the crew of the movie The Crow in connection with the accidental March 31 death of actor Brandon Lee, 28. Lee was killed by a prop gun during filming. Pending investigation, Spivey may still file negligence charges against the production company, Crowvision.
