Real-estate mogul Donald Trump. 47, and his girlfriend, Marla Maples, 29, filed a $35 million counter lawsuit against Maples's former publicist, Chuck Jones, 50, in New York State supreme court on Nov. 30. The couple accused Jones of extortion, harassment, theft and fraud in connection with Jones's alleged obsession with Maples. Jones, who has denied the charges, had already brought a $700 million suit against Trump and the Plaza hotel. He claims he was held against his will by Trump's security personnel shortly before being arrested for allegedly stealing Maples's shoes and lingerie in July 1992.
